JKP Holdings sells the same caliber of notes we buy ourselves. Inventory rotates as pools trade, so the live list lives in the portal — but the categories you can expect to see for sale are:
Performing notes
Borrowers paying as agreed. Predictable monthly cash flow. Sourced nationwide.
Non-performing notes
Discounted notes with an equity or workout angle, drawn from our 17-state buy box.
1st & 2nd lien
Primarily 1st position; select 2nd-lien notes considered on a case-by-case basis.

What does JKP Holdings sell — and where does it come from?
JKP both buys and sells notes, so the notes we offer for sale come from our own acquisitions and trading relationships built since 2010. We buy non-performing notes across a 17-state footprint and performing notes nationwide, then make select assets available to other investors. That means notes for sale through JKP have already passed through an active buyer’s screen — not a random listing board.
If you’re on the other side and you have notes you want to sell, start here instead: Sell your mortgage note — or schedule a consulting call.
How do I buy mortgage notes from JKP?
- Request our NDA. Start by requesting our NDA. It’s industry standard — it protects the borrower information inside each loan file.
- Sign, then log in. Once our NDA is signed and approved, log in and open available notes. Make sure you’re logged in — the listings only show for signed, logged-in members.
- Run your due diligence. Review each note’s lien position, performing status, UPB, collateral and state. Use our due diligence portal to pull 50+ data points per property, find local REO agents, and access our servicer list. We’re available to walk through any asset with you.
- Make your offer and close. Submit a bid on the notes that fit your strategy and we coordinate the transfer.

Buying a mortgage note means buying the debt and the right to collect the payments — you step into the lender’s shoes. JKP makes that simpler than a cold marketplace because we’re an active operator, not just a listing site:
Since 2010
Buying and selling notes for over a decade, through hundreds of transactions.
Vetted inventory
Notes we sell have already passed an active buyer’s underwriting screen.

Where can I see JKP’s mortgage notes that are for sale?
Live inventory is in our secure portal. To view it, first request our NDA; once it’s signed, log in to available notes. Each note contains borrower information, so access requires a signed NDA and login. This public page shows what we sell and how to buy.
Why is there an NDA to view notes for sale?
Mortgage note files contain private borrower and loan data. An NDA is standard across the note industry — major marketplaces require one too. It simply protects that information while you review available assets. Request our NDA to get started.
What types of notes does JKP sell?
Performing and non-performing residential mortgage notes, in both 1st and 2nd lien position (2nds case-by-case). We buy non-performing notes across a 17-state buy box and performing notes nationwide, and offer select assets for sale to other investors.
Do I need to be an experienced investor to buy a note?
No. JKP has been trading notes since 2010 and is happy to walk first-time buyers through the process and the due diligence. If you’re brand new, start with our note investing guide.
I want to sell a note, not buy one. Can JKP help?
Yes — JKP buys notes too. If you hold a mortgage note you’d like to sell, visit Sell your mortgage note for a quote.
How does JKP price the notes it sells?
Pricing reflects lien position, performing status, unpaid principal balance, the property’s value and the collateral file. You’ll see the relevant details on each asset in the portal and can run your own due diligence before making an offer.
