The questions below are regarding how many years since the event is the current statute of limitations for mortgages.
  • How many Years After Last Payment Received

  • Some states permit lenders to file a Non-Merger foreclosure. This is where we can have a Deed-in-Lieu in place but still be able to foreclose to clean title.
