The questions below are regarding how many years since the event is the current statute of limitations for mortgages.

If the loan is past Statute of Limitations, are we able to Advance the Due Date or forgive a period of time in order to be within the Statute of Limitations?
Non-Merger Foreclosure
Some states permit lenders to file a Non-Merger foreclosure. This is where we can have a Deed-in-Lieu in place but still be able to foreclose to clean title.
